Anyway...I ask you.....does this look like a pathetic face to you? The reason I ask is because she was upset after school yesterday because someone had called her a really bad name. You know what it was : PATHETIC!!!!! I am quite sure that the other 1st grader had no idea what he was saying. Emmelyne sure didn't but she could tell that that it was mean by the way her said it. She told me," He had to give me a real big apology" So here is to my very NOT pathetic daughter... here are 5 reasons you are oh-so-not pathetic.
1. You crack us up at the funny questions that you ask.
2. You have a genuine concern and love for those around you. Your heart is so kind.
3. You are always up for an adventure.
4. You are meticulous about keeping the rules and keeping a secret. Pinky promises are a very serious thing to her.
5. You make the best crazy faces in our house.
Do you have a reason that Emmelyne is not pathetic?

Emmelyne, you and Brianne are twins! She lost her first top tooth in a fight with her turtleneck so I totally believe your pajama story. Her second one was helped along by her Ama. It was dangling and I don't do the tooth pulling thing. Danee, I enjoyed catching up...haven't visited your blog in awhile. I responded to your bird picture and to your running shoes.
